Class EA Process

This study is being completed in accordance with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) Class EA for Provincial Transportation Facilities and Municipal Expressways (2024) as a Group 'B' undertaking.

 

The Project Team, which includes representatives from Dillon Consulting Limited (Dillon) and MTO, will complete environmental and engineering field investigations and seek input from individuals, organizations and Indigenous communities. As part of this study, a virtual Public Information Centre will be held to seek input on the study and share project updates.
